Our policy on refunds and returns has a duration of 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.

For an return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

Items are not returnable

There are several types of goods are exempt from return. They include:

  • Gift cards
  • Products of the downloadable software

To complete your return, it is required to submit a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

In certain situations, you may only give partial refunds. For example:

  • Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned after more than 30 days from the delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, and if approved, we will process the refund of the corresponding amount. This will automatically be applied to your credit card, to the original payment method or any other method agreed in advance with you.

Refunds late or not received

If you still have not received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact the issuer of your credit card, since it may take some time before the refund is registered officially.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a period of additional processing.

Items on sale

Only items purchased at regular price may be refunded. The articles on offer are non-refundable.

Changes

Only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us info@dikoin.com and send it to the following address:

Shipping of returns

To return your product, you should mail it to the following address:

The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the item. These expenses are non-refundable. In case you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.

The time of receipt of the exchanged article may vary according to their place of residence.

For higher value items, we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking or purchasing insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee the reception of the returned item.
